Most available A/R tools are too costly for public sector users, too complex for non-technical users, limited to frameworks without the quantitative modeling and insights required for data-backed decision-making, and/or lacking functionality to generate concrete strategies, plans, and bankable projects.
Global South Access
Thousands of state/provincial and local governments, and many national agencies in the Global South, cannot afford commercial A/R tools.
Limited Alternatives
Affordable alternatives offered by academic institutions and NGOs are often difficult to use and cannot produce the quantitative data and insights required for effective planning and investments.
