Open Source Tools for Climate Adaptation & Resilience

OSCAR will repurpose and extend vast bodies of open source code developed over the last four years by members of the Linux Foundation's OS-Climate including Allianz, BNP Paribas, and Capgemini with support from AWS.

Open Source Development

OSCAR’s code will be available under permissive open source licenses to maximize adoption and top-of-stack innovation by governments, NGOs, IGOs, and academic partners, as well as by private sector organizations. (Repository structure and links will be published as components are released.)
