The Data Hub uses open source architecture and code from OS-Climate's Data Mesh / Data Commons and Data Exchange to help users find and access the necessary geospatial, economic, and asset-level data from public sources and commercial providers.
Data Hub Overview
The Data Hub will use open source architecture and code such as from technologies such as the OS-Climate Data Mesh, Data Commons, and Data Exchange to help users find and access the necessary geospatial, economic, and asset-level data from public sources and commercial providers. The Hub will host both free public datasets and premium third-party datasets (licensable directly by users). OSCAR will facilitate access to critical climate data, including sources removed from government websites, and enable research organizations to publish data “products” via APIs for seamless use in OSCAR and other tools.
